Terms of use
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms apply to padhora.com and the Padhora apps (the “service”), operated by Shefali Modi. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
What we provide
Original study materials (books, notes, solved past papers, slides, question banks) written to follow published university syllabi. Padhora is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any university or examining body. Course codes and names are used only to say which syllabus a material follows.
Your account
- One account is for one student. It can be signed in on at most two devices at a time; signing in on another device signs out the oldest.
- Keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Licence and watermarking
- Plans give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read the covered materials for the plan period. Copyright stays with the author.
- Every page you open or download is marked with your name and contact details. You may not share, sell, upload, print for others, or otherwise redistribute materials or remove these marks.
- We may suspend accounts that share materials or try to bypass these protections, without refund.
Plans and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where GST applies. Passes (semester, term) do not renew automatically. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay or PhonePe. We do not store card or UPI details.
- Refunds follow our refund & cancellation policy.
Content accuracy
We work hard to keep materials accurate and aligned with the syllabus, but they are study aids. Always check official university notices for exam rules and schedules.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Gujarat have jurisdiction.
